• Your Pause or Close Blueprint Package: $500 set up fee. Maintenance fee of $350/year. Plan includes:

  • File Storage and Custody (additional fees for digitizing paper files)

  • Closure of website, email and social media

  • Contact and refer clients as needed

  • Coordinate with other professionals (CPA, Billing services, attorneys, etc.)

  • Management of client communication (email, phone calls, records requests) for absences of 2-12 weeks

• Add-on Services (Maintenance fees listed/year)

  • Contact your state licensing board $15

  • Refer trainees and associates as needed $50

  • Access your banking to pay bills or settle debts $50

  • Termination of insurance panel contracts $30/panel

  • Cancellation of all other business contracts $50

  • Cleaning and closure of office spaces (priced based on square footage; travel costs billed separately)

  • Individualized referral services for your clients (temporary providers or replacement providers) 1-20 clients $50, add $15 every additional 10 clients
