Emergency Administrator Services

  • Your Essential Pause or Close Blueprint Package

    • ($500 set up, $350/year maintenance) (payment can be split in 2 installments due every six months, or paid in full once annually)

      • File storage and custody: hold client files securely for the required federal and state retention times

      • Closure of website, email, and social media: provide statement on website, email, and social media sites to communicate closure and instructions for accessing medical records. After 6 months, close social media and website accounts, and forward email to a Time Well Spent email so clients can access records after 6 months.

      • Contact and refer clients: contact current clients by phone, email, or mail to inform of practice closure and provide a list of general referrals as well as instructions for accessing medical records.

      • Contact state licensing board: inform state licensing board of closure of practice and death/incapacitation of provider.

      • Contact and refer trainees and associates: contact students, trainees, and post-graduate professionals to inform of death/incapacitation of provider. Supply instructions for acquiring new supervision and how to update state licensing boards of necessary changes.

      • Cancel subscriptions: stop ongoing charges and contact through subscription services, like networking groups, online advertising platforms (eg Psychology Today), listservs, malpractice insurance, and other subscriptions indicated by the provider at signing of contract.

  • Your Comprehensive Pause or Close Blueprint Package

    • ($500 set up, $500/year maintenance) (payment can be split in 2 installments due every six months, or paid in full once annually)

      Includes everything in Essential package, plus the following:

      • Coordinate with other professionals (CPA, attorney, etc). Contact and inform professionals of closure and provide information needed by those professionals for business purposes. For example, completion of tax preparation or closure of an LLC. These tasks will be identified by the provider at the time of contract signing.

      • Manage client communication for up to 12 weeks (includes up to 20 clients, add $15 each additional 5 clients): for providers who want clients to have more thorough support through the transition to a new provider. Will include tasks like conversations to help clients find specialized or individualized referrals, questions about insurance claims or payment issues, expedited referrals and warm-handoffs.

      • Access your banking to pay bills and settle debts: Time Well Spent consultant is added as an authorized user on bank accounts which are only accessed by the consultant as part of emergency services. Time Well Spent will not access bank accounts, statements, or any other banking information outside of the provisions of closure services. Any money in accounts after completion of debt settlement will be transferred to the provider’s estate representative, as named by provider at time of contract signing.

      • Termination of insurance panel contracts: contact various insurance panels to remove provider from contractual agreements and referral lists found on insurance websites.

      • Cancellation of other business contracts: cancellation of rent/lease agreements, cleaning services, food/beverage delivery, and other services identified by provider at time of contract signing with Time Well Spent.
