Temporary Coverage
$100/week for length of planned outage for practices of up to 30 clients, $150/week for 31+
Includes:
Notification to clients of provider’s leave: contact clients by phone or email to provide details on provider’s short-term leave
Referral to short-term providers: provide list of possible therapists who can continue treatment while provider is on leave.
Management of email, phone, social media contact from clients: Time Well Spent consultant will monitor communication streams to answer questions, provide instructions, and guarantee confidential communication during the provider’s leave.
2 weeks of administrative support when provider returns to practice: support for transitioning back into practice, including communicating with clients when the provider returns.
